Results Physiotherapy

Beginning with a “Vanilla Box” space, the Results Physiotherapy Clinic project was designed to make the most of an existing building “shell” capable of meeting the essential needs of our medical services client. We constructed new partition walls to form the necessary floor plan. We added or modified plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems as needed. We finished with new flooring, wall finishes, ceilings, and other architectural details as specified by our client.

Karla Jean Studio

Karla Jean Studio began with the complete demolition of the existing floor plan and interior finishes. CSI constructed new partition walls, installed new plumbing and electrical, and reworked the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. Our complete new interior finishes include flooring, painting, cabinetry, and open and acoustic ceiling systems. This project blends modern with a touch of aged, all accented with custom lighting.

Trane Supply

Our process began with a need and a location to build. From there, ideas are developed and refined. For Trane, the end result was a new 26,000-square-foot building. Our design is based on an 80’ x 325’ Pre-Engineered Metal Building with a custom exterior façade. The scope of work for this project included civil construction/site work, landscaping, interior architectural construction and finishes, and all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. The completed project serves as a Regional Sales Office, Training Center, and Parts/Distribution Warehouse.

CSI was engaged by local developers to execute a top-to-bottom renovation of this 6,939 SF building located in Charleston’s booming Upper Peninsula. The result of this comprehensive project is a beautifully updated façade surrounding modern office suites.
